The Annual HR Conclave 2024, organized by XIME Kochi, took place on 22nd November 2024 at the institute's campus in KINFRA Hi-Tech Park, Kochi. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Susanth Kurunthil, CEO of Infoparks Kerala, and witnessed an enthusiastic participation of 77 delegates from industry and academia.
The theme of the conclave, "Employee Dynamics: Today and Tomorrow", brought together insights from a multi-generational workforce and diverse employment types, reflecting the complex modern workplace.

Prominent speakers and panelists included senior leaders from organizations like Apollo Tyres, Swiggy, Malayala Manorama, and EY, along with industry experts and academicians.
The conclave provided a platform to exchange ideas, share best practices, and gain insights into managing workforce complexities effectively, marking another successful milestone in XIME Kochi’s commitment to excellence in HR and management education.
