XIME has no Management quota or NRI quota. Subject to eligibility norms, any one including NRIs can apply. Admission will be purely based on merit.

Specialisations are in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, IT and Analytics and General Management. Under each specialisation, there are electives to be chosen from the specialisation subject areas. There is provision for major and minor specialisations.

Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation, are not eligible to apply.

Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results can apply. However, they should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then. They should be completing all their degree examinations before 15th June 2025. Such candidates are required to produce proof of passing the Degree examination with the minimum required marks of 50%, latest by 10th September 2025.

Yes, it is approved by AICTE

The fee for XIME Kochi is Rs. 9.90 lakhs (payable in instalments). More details are available here.

Hostel

Yes, hostel is mandatory since it is a residential PGDM programme and students can have a holistic development only if they spend their entire time in campus. In fact, this is a unique differentiator that adds value to you, in terms of the extra time available in campus, for the fee you are paying.

It is a self-contained campus with all facilities located within the area around the administrative block. Girls’ hostel is in the campus connected to the main building and the boys’ hostel is in the adjacent building connected to the main building through a skywalker.

Every room has the provision for both hot and cold water.

Each room will be shared by two students. There are some rooms that has 3 occupants as well and they are AC rooms. However, the charges for triple occupancy are lower.

Morning 7:30am to 9:00am,
Afternoon 12:30pm – 1:50pm,
Dinner 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Yes, there are separate options for Non-Veg & Veg.

The food menu is decided by the Student Mess Committee, keeping the interest of all students involved. Since we have students from 25 states (both batches included) in campus, the food menu is planned to accomodate everyone's preferences. The mess committee meets regularly and takes feedback from students.

Placements

The Institute has an active student’s placement program. Through its placement cell, the college provides direction and support to its students. All through the years, it has succeeded in maintaining an excellent record. The institute vigorously pursues a norm of 100% placements.

It is not mandatory to have work experience. In fact, the batch is a health mix of students who are freshers and those with work experience in corporates. That helps in improving the quality of discussions in the classroom.

Facilities

Yes. There are many good hospitals very close by.
Government Medical College, Kalamassery, located within a km from the campus.
Others include Rajagiri Hospital, Sunrise Hospital etc.
